Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and enrolment in classes at GPC – Maths Tuition For BCA, BBA and B. Tech. (“GPC”, “we”, “us”). Please read clause 4 before you pay any fees.

1. Who These Terms Are With

This website is operated by GPC – Maths Tuition For BCA, BBA and B. Tech., of A, Ground Floor, Z 397, Sector 12, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. By using this site, or by enrolling in a batch, you accept these terms. Where the student is under 18, these terms are agreed with the parent or guardian, who is responsible for the fees.

2. Information on This Site

We try to keep course details and batch timings accurate and current, but they may change. Fees are not published on this site; they are quoted to you directly. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, and course content, batch timings and teaching arrangements are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

3. Enquiries and the Free Demo Class

A demo class is offered without charge and without obligation on either side. Attending one does not reserve a place in a batch. Places are confirmed only when enrolment is completed at the centre.

4. Fees Are Not Refundable

Fees are payable in advance, and the amount and the schedule are agreed with you at the time of enrolment.

Once paid, fees are not refundable. This applies whether a student withdraws part-way through a course, stops attending, changes school or college, or decides the classes are not for them. It applies whatever the reason, and it applies to the whole amount paid, not merely to the part already taught.

It follows that:

• Missed classes are not refunded and are not carried forward. A student who misses a class for any reason — illness, examinations, travel, a school event — is welcome to ask for help catching up, and there is no charge for that, but the class itself is not credited back.
• Fees are not transferable to another student, and not transferable to a later course or a later session.
• Registration and admission charges, where taken, are not refundable in any circumstance.

This is why the demo class is free and why you are welcome to sit through a full one before deciding. Please use it. We would far rather you took your time and were sure than paid and regretted it.

The one exception runs the other way. If we cancel a batch and cannot arrange a replacement class or move you to another batch, we refund the fees for the classes you have not received. That is our failure to deliver, not your change of mind, and we will not keep money for teaching we did not do.

5. Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend the batch they are enrolled in, arrive on time, and behave in a way that does not disrupt the learning of others. We may ask a student to leave a batch for persistent disruption, dishonesty in assessments, or damage to the premises. Fees are not refunded where a student is asked to leave for any of these reasons.

6. Timetable Changes

We may need to change batch timings, combine batches, or reschedule a class — for example around examinations or public holidays. We will give as much notice as we reasonably can. Where a class is cancelled by us, we will arrange a replacement session.

7. What We Do Not Promise

We teach well and we work hard, but examination results depend on the student’s own preparation and performance. We do not guarantee any particular mark, grade, rank or outcome, and nobody at GPC is authorised to offer such a guarantee, in writing or otherwise. No refund arises from a result you are disappointed by.

8. Materials

Notes, question sets and other materials we provide are for the personal use of enrolled students. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.

9. This Website

The text, images, layout and code of this website belong to GPC unless stated otherwise. You may read the site and share links to it; you may not copy its content for your own commercial use. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Personal Information

Information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
