She started GPC Maths Tuition For BCA, BBA and B. Tech. to teach the way she thought it should be taught: small batches, derivation before drill, and nobody left quietly behind.

Committed to Student Success
The reason the batches stay small. A raised hand gets answered in the room, which is the whole difference between a class and a lecture.
Ruchi teaches every batch at GPC herself. That is a deliberate limit rather than a stage the centre has not grown out of: a student who joins in class 9 and stays through class 12, or a B.Tech student who comes back for a back paper two semesters later, is taught by the same person who already knows where they get stuck.
